Nuts, dried fruits and cereals prone to aflatoxin contamination due to improper storage conditions, such as high temperature and humidity. Aflatoxins constitute some of the most toxic natural substances and are extremely durable when cooled or heated. It is the duty of every producer to ensure the quality of his product and to protect the consumer.
